See when a campaign's new leads will run out

ShowHide

Check Needs attention in Allocation, in Email infrastructure, for a warning when a sending campaign will start its last new lead within its next 5 sending days and its sending will then drop. After that day its mailboxes send only follow-ups, so its sending tapers off. The warning gives the date, the share of capacity its mailboxes then use and for how many sending days, so you can load more leads in time.

New-lead counts on Allocation and on a campaign's Infra tab count only leads that can be sent now; leads that can't be sent, or are still awaiting the email check, are counted on a line of their own.

The warning above the chart. Below it, this campaign's history: after it stopped starting new leads in early September, its sends fell to zero by late September as its follow-ups finished.
New

See how your sending capacity is shared across campaigns

ShowHide

Open the new Allocation tab in Email infrastructure to see how much daily capacity each campaign holds, when each one is expected to finish at its real sending pace, and how much is held in reserve. Scroll back on the chart to compare what each campaign actually sent with its capacity, and see how much of your subscribed volume was delivered each week. Each campaign's Infra tab shows the same picture for that campaign.

New

See how much your mailboxes can send, and how long your leads last

ShowHide

Open the new Capacity tab in Email Inventory to see today's daily capacity against your subscription, your average daily sends and unused capacity over the last 7 days, when your loaded leads run out, and a forecast of capacity and sends for the next 3 or 6 weeks. On Mailboxes, see each mailbox's ramp-up stage, its daily limit and what decides its next step up.

New

Filter your Unibox by date and time

ShowHide

Narrow the Unibox to threads whose latest message falls today, yesterday, or in the last 7, 30 or 90 days, or pick your own date range. Add times of day when you need a tighter window. The date filter works with search, tabs and every other Unibox filter, and stays in the link when you share or reload the page.

Improved

Read compact click and walk-in estimates

ShowHide

See an estimated count with a grey bracketed optimistic total when additional plausible visits remain uncertain. Campaign clicks count unique leads; walk-in reports count visits. Focus or tap the brackets for an explanation.

New

Control walk-in tracking across selected domains

ShowHide

Enable or disable walk-in tracking for several domains at once from Infra bulk actions. Review the domains affected by your mailbox selection, then apply one change while retaining your destinations and analytics labels.

Select mailboxes in Infra, open Bulk actions, then choose Walk-in tracking. Apply the same domain-level change through the public API or MCP.

New

Keep mailbox sending capacity aligned with health

ShowHide

Keep automatic mailbox capacity under health monitoring, even after it reaches its maximum. Reduce daily limits after repeated poor Infra Health, then recover gradually with healthy campaign sending. Retain earned capacity while campaigns are inactive.

Expect a 20% reduction after two consecutive daily checks with real campaign sending and sufficient evidence of poor infrastructure health. Reductions respect the mailbox's configured floor and stay at least 48 hours apart. Three healthy checks with real sending let gradual increases resume from the reduced limit.

Keep your earned daily limit through inactivity, even after a long pause. Sending can resume at that retained limit; fresh healthy evidence is needed for further growth. Missing or insufficient health measurements hold increases without counting as poor health.

New

Forward replies to more than one inbox

ShowHide

Add your work inbox alongside a shared inbox in Settings → General. Remove each reply forwarding address independently and keep your saved addresses visible when forwarding is Off.

Check a new address with a test email before adding it. Review which mailboxes use each saved address and choose which replies to forward.

New

Reuse sending infrastructure across related campaigns

ShowHide

Keep an original campaign finishing its outreach while a revised or follow-up campaign uses the same sending domains and mailboxes. Lightmeter staff can review the affected campaigns and shared reputation risk before enabling sharing; mailbox sending limits still apply across campaigns.

Lightmeter staff can choose sharing while duplicating a campaign or creating one from selected leads. Review existing infrastructure from Infra before adding it to another campaign. Campaigns using the same mailbox share its sending capacity, so concurrent sending can slow either campaign.

Improved

Send campaigns at a steadier pace

ShowHide

Spread campaign sending through your scheduled hours, including after a late start or pause. Review completion estimates that account for sending pace, mailbox limits and follow-up waits.

Expect fewer planned emails on a late launch day. For time-sensitive campaigns, choose Urgent in Auto Assign to use more suitable mailboxes while preserving each mailbox's limits.

Improved

Find campaign leads who clicked

ShowHide

Choose Clicked in Campaign activity on the Leads tab. Combine it with status, reply history, sender mailbox, deliverability, provider and search to find the leads you need. Clear conditions together or adjust one at a time.

Leads match all selected conditions. Search longer filter menus, return to your conditions with browser Back, or share the filtered URL. The clicked cohort is the same one available from the lead count in Analytics.

New

Review walk-in requests across your sending domains

ShowHide

Configure a destination for each sending domain and review observed requests, estimated navigations, automated traffic, and unknown requests in Infrastructure → Domains. Control tracking separately in Settings → Tracking while preserving redirects and configured tags when tracking is paused.

Open Walk-in settings beside any domain, including one with no visits. Set its destination, participation, and campaign tag, then review the destination preview before saving. Tracking starts off; select Track walk-in visits and Save Walk-in Settings to enable it. The walk-in report uses the selected activity range across all workspace domains, independently of inventory filters.

Read estimated navigations as a bot-filtered estimate, not verified humans or unique visitors. Missing estimates stay Unavailable; unknown requests remain separate. Current-campaign associations describe the campaign assigned at visit time, not which campaign caused a visit. Read the walk-in tracking guide for the full workflow.

Observed requests remain visible when tracking is paused. Unknown traffic can leave the estimate unavailable.

Work in dark mode that follows your system appearance

ShowHide
Easy on the eyes, same at-a-glance signals.

Turn on dark mode in your operating system and Lightmeter follows it. Campaigns, the Unibox, Reports and every chart switch live, without reloading, and keep the same colors for status, health and reply polarity.

Prefer one look regardless of your system setting? Open your account menu and choose System, Light or Dark under Appearance. Lightmeter remembers your choice in this browser.

Improved

Choose which campaigns use link tracking

ShowHide
Choose the campaigns to change.

Set link tracking for new campaigns, or explicitly apply the change to existing campaigns too. Open the clicked lead count in Analytics to see exactly who clicked.

Open Settings → Tracking. Choose New campaigns only for the default used when a campaign is created. Campaigns already created, including drafts, keep their current policy. Choose New and existing campaigns to enable or disable those campaigns deliberately, then select Apply Changes. Activity records the scope and number changed. In Create or Edit → Creative, the campaign action menu also offers Link tracking: On/Off. New-only workspace changes preserve each campaign’s choice; a deliberate new-and-existing action can reset them.

Tracking starts off by default. Opted-in campaigns wait when required tracking is unavailable; launch, resume and active campaign pages explain the cause and remedy. Issued links still open their destinations and past results remain available. Turning tracking off leaves a gap in future measurements; turning it back on cannot recover that gap.

New

Track campaign clicks with short links

ShowHide
See which leads clicked.

Enable Link tracking in Settings → Tracking to use short HTTPS URLs on your sending domain. Review clicked leads and click rates by campaign, step and variant in Analytics, the API and MCP.

Select the lead count under Clicks to open exactly those leads in the campaign Leads tab. The brief Clicks tooltip explains the metric; Unavailable means there is no usable result. See the click analytics guide for definitions.

Choose New campaigns only to change the default for campaigns created after you apply it. Choose New and existing campaigns to enable or disable tracking for retained campaigns too. Required tracking that is unavailable stops launch, resume and new sends until readiness is restored or tracking is explicitly disabled for existing campaigns. Issued links keep working and previous results remain available.

New

Stop future campaign steps after a personal Unibox message

Show Hide

Choose whether the remaining steps in a lead’s campaign should stop when you send a personal reply or new email from the Unibox. You can make the same choice through the API or MCP; sending normally still continues the campaign.

In the Unibox composer, select Stop future steps in this campaign after sending before you send. The choice applies to this lead in the selected campaign once the message is accepted. A step already handed to its mail provider may still complete.

Improved

Review linked Close emails in Reply handling

ShowHide

Review qualifying native Close emails alongside your Lightmeter conversations in Reply handling and the Unibox. Match verified customer answers to their lead replies, with the same results available through the API and MCP.

Review email activity while keeping positive reply and blocklist sync paused. See when observation began and any gaps in checked activity. Only emails with verified conversation and send or receipt evidence qualify; message content stays in Close.

Improved

Review linked HubSpot emails in Reply handling

ShowHide

Review qualifying HubSpot email activity alongside your Lightmeter conversations in Reply handling and the Unibox. Match customer answers to their lead replies, with the same results available through the API and MCP.

See when observation began and how far activity has been checked. CRM messages show their participants and timing; message content stays in your CRM. Activity is included only when its exact conversation and email evidence can be verified.

New

Message a lead from Unibox before they reply

Show Hide

Choose an existing lead and a sent campaign email to reply from Unibox, even before that lead has replied. You can also start a new email in that campaign, or use the API and MCP.

Open Unibox and select New Message. Choose the lead, campaign, and sent email. The composer keeps the sender and reply context together with your usual writing tools and attachments.

New

Review and manage campaign leads through the API or MCP

Show Hide

List and filter campaign leads, review removal impact, update personalization, or top up from CSV from an API integration or connected AI agent.

Preview selected or filtered removals before applying an active reason. Update names, email addresses, company details, and custom attributes through the same validation as the campaign editor.

Preview CSV top-ups before applying them. When shared lead details would change, review the effect and choose whether to preserve or overwrite those values. See the Campaigns API guide or MCP guide.

New

Forward Unibox threads through the API or MCP

Show Hide

Send a forward with a Fwd: subject to explicit recipients from an active workspace mailbox. Supply the message body, current message ID, and a unique key so a retry uses the recorded send result.

Use the Unibox API or the MCP tool to choose recipients and include the content you want forwarded.

New

Preview Unibox classification credit impact through the API or MCP

Show Hide

Preview the credit effect of changing a reply classification from an API integration or a connected AI agent. See whether a positive, neutral, or negative category would request a charge or refund before submitting a correction. The preview leaves classification and credits untouched.

Use the Unibox API with an organization API key, or connect through Lightmeter MCP with workspace access. The result reflects the current billing state and may change before a correction is approved.

New

Generate and review campaign Creative through the API or MCP

Show Hide

Generate campaign Creative drafts from source material, review comments and checkpoints, and restore earlier working versions through an API integration or connected AI agent. Applying a draft does not approve or send it.

Use the Campaigns API or Lightmeter MCP to work with drafts and recovery history. Mark Creative Ready separately when it is approved for future sends.

New

Mark Unibox leads as unsubscribed from connected tools

Show Hide

Mark a campaign lead as unsubscribed, block their email, or block their domain from a Unibox thread through the API or a connected AI agent. Unsubscribe also records the activity and blocks the lead email.

Use the Unibox API with an organization API key, or connect through Lightmeter MCP with workspace owner or admin access.

New

Preview personalized Unibox replies through the API or MCP

Show Hide

Render lead and sender variables for an accessible Unibox thread from an API integration or connected AI agent. Review missing values and substitutions before sending a reply.

Preview text or HTML with the Unibox API or the Lightmeter MCP tool. The preview uses the same variable rendering and annotations as the reply composer in the Unibox. It does not send an email.

New

Manage campaign drafts and test sends through the API or MCP

Show Hide

Review campaign readiness and sequences, update sending schedules, duplicate or restore drafts, and send bounded test messages from assigned mailboxes through your own tools or a connected AI agent.

Use the Campaigns API with an organization API key or Lightmeter MCP with workspace access. Test sends and campaign deletion require explicit confirmation.

New

Send files with Unibox replies through API and MCP

Show Hide

Stage files for Unibox replies through the public API or connected AI tools, then send them with the same thread and safety checks as the web inbox. List and reuse recent files, remove drafts, and read sent attachments from your integration.

Use the Unibox API for files up to 10 MB, or Lightmeter MCP for files up to 1 MiB per upload.

New

Choose real team senders for Setup mailboxes

Show Hide

Use named people from your team for every Setup mailbox, or choose a mix of specific and generated identities. Review the actual mailbox split, sender names, and shared usernames across domains before approving the plan.

In Setup, choose Specific sender identities to use people on your team. The mailbox review shows how each domain uses the selected identities and flags username overlap above your chosen review limit.

New

Assess Creative copy before saving through the API or MCP

Show Hide

Assess a draft subject and body through the API or a connected AI agent before saving Creative. Review six advisory metrics and the exact words or symbols behind each finding; no copy is saved or sent.

Use the Campaigns API with an organization API key, or connect through Lightmeter MCP.

New

Manage audiences through the API or MCP

Show Hide

Create and inspect audiences from workspace leads or CSV files with an API integration or connected AI agent. Preview the effect before adding an audience's leads to a campaign.

Use the Leads API with an organization API key, or use Lightmeter MCP from a connected client.

Use the Qualification API with an organization API key, or connect through Lightmeter MCP.

New

Manage workspace leads through the API and MCP

Show Hide

Search, filter, and export workspace leads, inspect their reply history, and review CSV imports before applying or undoing them from an API integration or connected AI agent.

Use the Leads API with an organization API key, or MCP with workspace access. Bulk delete requires explicit confirmation.

New

control account settings via MCP and API

Show Hide

Read workspace settings, activity, billing, agreement details and PDFs, team members, and webhook history from an organization API key or a connected AI agent. Manage CRM connections and webhooks programmatically with the same workspace controls you use in Settings. Test a webhook destination before saving it, or send a saved test and inspect its delivery result.

Open Settings > API to grant a key access to settings or key management. See the Settings API guide or MCP guide for supported actions and permissions.

Test a saved webhook with a fresh operation ID, and review delivery history if the result is uncertain. For an unsaved destination, use a fresh operation ID; no delivery history is created, so check the receiver before sending another test.

New

Manage reply snippets through the API or MCP

Show Hide

List, create, update, and delete your workspace's shared reply snippets from an API integration or connected AI agent. The API and MCP return stored template text and sanitized HTML; variable insertion still happens in the Unibox editor.

Use the Unibox API with an organization API key, or use Lightmeter MCP with your workspace access.

New

Review Infrastructure and Reports through the API or MCP

ShowHide

Read your workspace's domains, mailboxes, sending health, campaign send logs, and detailed Reports from an API integration or a connected AI agent. Export infrastructure CSVs, compare deliverability and speed to lead, and access Revenue when your CRM connection enables it.

Use the Infrastructure API with an organization API key, or connect through Lightmeter MCP to query an accessible workspace.

New

Manage the workspace blocklist through the API or MCP

Show Hide

Add, review, import, export, and remove email addresses or domains on your workspace blocklist from an API integration or a connected AI agent.

Use the Leads API with an organization API key, or connect through Lightmeter MCP with workspace owner or admin access.

New

Connect Close to sync replies and report revenue

Show Hide
Follow positive replies into Close revenue.

Open Settings > Integrations > Close to connect your organization, save positive conversations for sales follow-up, and sync email opt-outs in your chosen direction. Map Close Opportunity stages, value period, currency and reporting time zone to power the Revenue report from Close.

Choose which Lead and Contact values a positive reply changes, whether an Opportunity should be created or progressed, and which existing records may change. Run optional tests and edit your saved settings while sync stays active.

Review email blocks before importing them. Close email suppression applies to exact email addresses; it does not block calls or automatically resubscribe anyone.

New

Connect HubSpot Deals to your Revenue report

Show Hide

Open Settings > Integrations > HubSpot to choose which Deal stages mean Qualified and Closed Won. Lightmeter uses your HubSpot time zone and company currency, and shows Revenue in Reports after you save the mapping. A monthly target is optional.

Choose whether Deal Amount represents Deal value or estimated gross profit, so the report names its figures accurately.

New

Find campaign leads by contact and reply history

Show Hide

Filter campaign leads by how many sequence steps were sent to them and whether they replied. Combine contact depth with reply count or the latest message direction, then use the same filtered set for selection and Export CSV.

Improved

Configure your HubSpot sync in Settings

Show Hide

Open Settings > Integrations > HubSpot to choose positive replies, two-way blocklist sync, or both. Select the Contact and Lead values Lightmeter writes, decide whether existing records may change, choose email subscription types for opt-outs, and optionally run setup tests.

Review what each sync will change before saving. Leave optional Contact source, Lead Status, or Lead Label values unset when you do not want Lightmeter to write them.

New

Compare attributed outreach outcomes in Reports

Show Hide
Trace outreach through later revenue outcomes.

When Revenue is available in your workspace, open Reports to compare completed outreach months from leads emailed through positive conversations, qualified opportunities, and Closed Won. Expand any month to see its funnel, compare the current-quarter run rate with the previous quarter, and distinguish Lightmeter projections from HubSpot estimates.

Improved

Keep each sending domain in one campaign

Show Hide

Reserve each sending domain for one campaign with Auto assign mailboxes, even when healthy mailboxes from that domain serve different sending pools. Reduce correlated campaign exposure when one sending domain develops a reputation issue, without sacrificing within-campaign routing flexibility.

Review existing conflicts before anything changes. If a sending domain is already divided between campaigns, Auto assign mailboxes preserves the current assignments for deliberate manual resolution.

Improved

Strengthen deliverability with smarter mailbox send limits

Show Hide

Send more safely with 24-hour mailbox send limits designed around how target boxhosts assess recent sending volume. Capacity returns continuously as earlier accepted sends leave the window, so limits adapt throughout the day instead of resetting at midnight.

Plan with the same live limits

Campaign timelines and mailbox reviews use the same rolling window, showing accepted sends, sends still awaiting a final outcome, Conservative volume headroom, and a recovery time when accepted sends make one known.

New

Review recorded campaign sends from each mailbox

Show Hide

Open the Infra page, expand a domain and mailbox, then choose Send log to review recorded campaign sends. Events are grouped into collapsed days; expand a day to compare exact times on a visual timeline, Target boxhost monograms, campaign names, and click-to-copy recipients. Filter by Target boxhost, campaign, exact date and time, or date order. Message subjects and content stay out of the log.

See full mailbox send history in a single timeline

See what providers like Google and Microsoft see with a new timeline which visualizes all sends from a mailbox in one place.

Lightmeter mailboxes are busy, sending a mix of campaign, warming, and test emails on any given day. The timing, volume, and content all affects the mailbox reputation. When investigating reasons for changes in performance you can now see the whole mailbox history at a glance.

  • Filter sends by Target boxhost, campaign, exact From and To times, or newest-first and oldest-first date order.
Improved

Confirm the Creative version before sending starts

Show Hide

Launch or resume with a clear confirmation whenever Creative contains saved changes newer than the version marked Ready. Review Creative first, or explicitly continue with the Ready version while your newer changes stay saved for later.

New

Industry first: Strengthen campaign deliverability with Infrastructure Health

Show Hide
One campaign, four coordinated sending pools, with Infrastructure Health built in.

Under the hood, Lightmeter can now use experimental Infrastructure Health-aware planning to choose suitable mailboxes for each campaign destination using recent inbox-placement evidence. This gives campaigns a stronger deliverability foundation without adding another workflow for your team.

Google, Microsoft, SEGs, and Default are planned together, so one mailbox is not counted in several sending pools within the campaign. You keep one campaign instead of fragmenting the same audience, creative, schedule, and results across several campaigns.

Infrastructure Health under the hood

  • Applicable Infrastructure Health helps choose suitable mailboxes for each destination.
  • Capacity is coordinated across all four sending pools, so the same mailbox is not counted several times.
  • If suitable capacity is unavailable, Lightmeter identifies the shortfall instead of treating missing capacity as covered.
New

Reply to everyone from the Unibox

Show Hide

[Observed] Open the chevron beside Reply and choose Reply All to include the current message's other recipients. [Observed] Forward is available from the same menu. [Observed] Drafts for each action stay separate.

New

Add attachments to Unibox replies

Show Hide
Attach and reuse files to replies

Add files to replies you send from the Unibox by using the new Attach button in the message composer. You can also drag and drop a file anywhere into the composer.

Recently used attachments are also shown, so you can quickly find and use them, even on mobile devices. Great for quickly adding standard sales documents and decks on-the-go.

New

Adapt your campaign creative for Google, Microsoft, and secure email gateways

Show Hide
Adapt only what each inbox environment needs.

Start with one Default campaign creative, then Adapt only the subject lines or message bodies that need a better fit for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or secure email gateways (SEGs). Each adaptation inherits every unchanged field from Default, so you can test focused changes without duplicating the campaign.

Open Creative to add a Google, Microsoft, or SEGs adaptation to one field. Default stays visible, inherited fields remain linked to it, and comments, live editing, and history stay with the exact version you are reviewing.

Review Default and every active adaptation together in Ready. In Analytics, compare performance by inbox environment and choose Adapt from the relevant step to open the exact creative field that needs attention.

Improved

See exactly what's stopping a campaign from launching

Show Hide
See every issue stopping a campaign from resuming and open the right campaign section to fix it.

When a campaign is nearly ready to launch or resume but remains blocked due to unresolved issues, those issues are now shown in one convenient place. The number of issues blocking launch is displayed as a count within the Launch or Resume button, and updated in real time. Press the button to see the full list of issues.

Open Creative, Leads, Schedule, or Review leads directly from the readiness list. Sending infrastructure blockers explain when a Campaign Strategist needs to make the infrastructure change.

New

Run one campaign across inbox providers automatically

Show Hide

Keep one campaign, audience, creative, approval, and schedule while Lightmeter automatically selects the matching sender pool and compares Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, secure email gateway, and Other performance in Analytics.

New

Add new leads to completed campaigns

Show Hide

Open Finished campaigns and choose Reactivate campaign to return a completed campaign to Paused review, add new leads, and prepare it for another sending cycle. Existing results, replies, settings, and analytics remain intact, and sending stays paused until you finish the review and resume sending.

Prepare safely before sending continues

Review the campaign, add leads through the app, API, or connected tools, and make any necessary updates while it remains paused. Reactivation never restarts sending on its own.

Improved

Compare Google, Microsoft 365, and gateway performance in Reports

Show Hide

Open Deliverability to compare sent email volume and outcomes for Google, Microsoft 365, and secure email gateways. Expand Boxhost Mix to review Other and individual gateway vendors; Infrastructure RepRate uses the same G/M/S split.

New

Compare warming, campaign, and mail server volume by mailbox

Show Hide

Expand a domain in Infrastructure to compare warming pace, campaign sends against each mailbox limit, and total mail reported sent by the mail server during the selected activity range.

Scan the details without losing context

Warming and daily-volume metrics are grouped together on desktop and in compact mobile cards. Select a mailbox address to copy it directly from the row.

New

New HubSpot integration: two-way sync of leads, positive replies, and blocklists

Show Hide

Match Lightmeter conversations to existing HubSpot Leads, save positive-reply threads for sales follow-up, and synchronize explicit email and calling blocks in both directions.

Give sales reps full conversation context

Review the full chronological email thread on the existing Lead and associated Contact without creating duplicate CRM records.

Keep opt-outs consistent

Apply explicit Lightmeter opt-outs in HubSpot and bring HubSpot email or calling blocks back into Lightmeter before further campaign sends.

Improved

Send multiple webhook events to one endpoint

Show Hide

Open Settings > Webhooks, choose one delivery format, then select every compatible event your endpoint should receive. One configuration keeps the endpoint, event coverage, and tests together, while signed formats share one signing secret across the selected events.

One setup, complete coverage

  • Review every compatible event in grouped, always-visible choices, then use Select all or Clear to adjust the set quickly.
  • Use Test to send one sample request for each selected event and review the result of every attempt before saving.
  • See all selected events together in the webhook list. Signed formats use one shared signing secret so your endpoint can verify each request it receives.
New

Fine-tune reply classifications in Unibox

Show Hide

Open a reply in Unibox to review its automated classification. Choose Positive, Neutral, or Negative, then select the exact subcategory that best reflects the conversation. Updated classifications flow into reply reporting, keeping your team’s reply analytics accurate and grounded in your own assessment.

Why it matters

  • Neutral gives replies that are neither active opportunities nor clear rejections the right pipeline value, avoiding inflated positive signals or lost follow-up potential.
  • Fine-grained subcategories capture the meaning behind each reply. Categories such as Using competitor and Follow up later make future follow-up and campaigns more targeted.
  • Accurate classifications make reply reporting more trustworthy, so pipeline and commercial decisions reflect the intent your team sees in the conversation.
Improved

Industry first: See when every campaign step will finish

Show Hide

Open Schedule to see the campaign's estimated completion date and 24-hour time, plus the time each step reaches 100%. The campaign timezone stays visible so deadlines and projected completion times are easy to compare.

Plan against the clock

  • Compare the campaign's estimated completion time directly with its deadline.
  • Hover or focus each 100% milestone to review its projected time without crowding the date-based timeline.
  • Choose Refresh after schedule changes to recalculate the saved plan.
Improved

Control how campaigns finish without losing history

Show Hide

Use End to stop future campaign work, Advance schedule… to complete a campaign that is at least 95% complete, or Reopen to return an ended campaign to Paused review. History, replies, lead results, and campaign data remain available, with the same lifecycle controls available through the API and connected tools.

Manage every stage deliberately

  • Use Unfinished for campaigns that still need work.
  • Use the Sending enabled status filter for the exact subset of unfinished campaigns that may send when schedules, limits, and eligible leads allow.
  • Finished groups completed and deliberately ended campaigns.
  • All keeps the complete non-deleted campaign history available.
  • Ending appears while shutdown completes.
  • Ended confirms the campaign is safely stopped.
  • Advance schedule… may send at most one next queued message to each eligible lead, then completes the remaining leads and campaign. It becomes available at 95%; before then, the faint disabled control explains what is needed.
  • When End finishes, unfinished leads are held for review.
  • Those leads stay Paused until recovery is reviewed and the campaign is separately ready to resume.
New

Choose which campaign replies reach your inbox

Show Hide

Open Settings > General to send email notifications for every ordinary campaign reply, only replies in positive conversations, or none. Automated replies, bounces, unsubscribe requests, and warming messages are excluded. Your existing forwarding destination stays the same.

New

Industry first: Prioritize the right leads for your campaign’s first email

Show Hide

Open a campaign’s Leads, then choose Settings. Use Lead send order to prioritize new Step 1 sends by a numeric or date field. Choose highest, lowest, newest, or oldest first, decide whether leads without an ordering value for that field send first or last, and preview the eligible-lead value coverage before applying the rule.

Order from the lead data you already have

  • Choose lead creation or update time, the last contact time, or a numeric or date value imported with your leads.
  • Choose whether leads without an ordering value for the selected field are sent first or last; this does not change whether they are eligible to send.
  • Follow-up emails that are due are always sent before new Step 1 emails; live lead-value changes only reorder leads that have not started.
Improved

See how your campaign lead list adds up

Show Hide

Open a campaign's Leads list to distinguish leads matching your filters, every lead added over time, and how many were retained after removals or moves. A separate Sendable count shows who remains eligible for future sends.

Reconcile the list at a glance

  • See filtered results next to the filters that produced them.
  • Review how many leads were added over the campaign lifetime and how many were retained after removals or moves.
  • Read the balance directly as added minus removed or moved equals retained.
Improved

Review campaign timing and variants at a glance

Show Hide
Scan every step and variant at a glance.

Open a campaign’s Ready tab to scan its timing and message structure without opening every sequence control.

A clearer sequence overview

  • Review variants grouped beneath each step, with Threaded shown only when a variant continues the previous thread.
  • Collapse individual steps and variants, or use the compact green-step and blue-variant outline to jump through a long sequence.
  • Check the gap from the previous step before every later step in both Ready and Analytics.
New

Use AI agents to enrich and organize your prospects

Show Hide

Ask an AI agent to research every prospect. For example, it can match each one with relevant customer examples, save those personalized talking points to the right leads, and organize the results into audiences ready for campaigns.

From research to campaign-ready leads

  • Create missing leads as the agent works through your prospect list.
  • Protect existing details by default and review proposed replacements before applying them.
  • Undo completed changes when you need to, without overwriting newer lead updates.

AI agents connect to Lightmeter through MCP. Teams with their own integrations can use the same workflow through the API.

Improved

Find where to update your profile picture

Show Hide

Open Profile settings to see which external account supplied your picture, follow the source link to change it, then update the picture when you return.

Improved

Import lead enrichment safely from CSV

Show Hide

Open Leads from any workspace, map your CSV columns, and review the exact import impact before changing prospect data. Imports now report created, updated, unchanged, and failed rows separately.

What improved

  • See counts for rows that will create leads, update existing leads, stay unchanged, or fail before importing.
  • Confirm replacements explicitly when a CSV would overwrite existing lead values.
  • Undo a recent import safely; values changed again after the import are reported as conflicts and left untouched.
  • Use imported custom attributes directly in campaign Creative personalization.
Improved

Industry first: Build trust with pronounceable sender names

Show Hide

Build trust from the first glance at the sender line. Extensive academic research shows that easy-to-pronounce names are more likable and make associated claims feel more truthful; research on usernames finds the same fluency effect on perceived trustworthiness.

Lightmeter now filters every generated given name and surname for pronunciation fluency in your market, removing awkward written forms while preserving legitimate US and French naming conventions.

What improved

  • Every newly generated identity automatically uses names selected for readability and pronunciation in your market.
  • Lightmeter automatically filters out malformed or unusually difficult written forms before mailbox assignment.
  • The filter preserves established US and French spelling conventions, including accents, apostrophes, hyphens, particles, and abbreviations.
New

Industry first: Generate sender identities for mailboxes which match your market's preferences

Show Hide
Match sender identities to your market.

Configure the mix of nationalities and ethnic backgrounds of the identities from which your emails are sent - in other words the email addresses and human names that go with them. Powered by census data and other public data sets, Lightmeter now generates names to match your market.

Each name is unique within your account, and across Lightmeter workspaces, which prevents deliverability fingerprinting and preserves maximum performance stability. You can also choose the gender mix between female, male, and gender-neutral.

What changed

  • Choose the United States or France and preview six sample identities before saving.
  • Open advanced settings to fine-tune the supported identity backgrounds within your selected market, or restore the recommended mix.
  • Save your workspace-wide preferences in General Settings; they are applied automatically whenever new mailboxes are created.
New

Create campaign templates automatically from your marketing content

Show Hide
Turn marketing content into campaign templates ready to review.

Open Creative and choose Generate…. Describe your audience and offer, then paste or upload marketing material as TXT, Markdown, or PDF.

Review and refine the generated campaign templates, then insert them into Creative as a starting point for your team.

Save the industry keywords that describe your workspace in Settings > General. New infrastructure builds reuse them automatically, while each existing build keeps the keywords it used at the time.

New

Industry-first: A/B Test multiple email subjects with a single email body

Show Hide
Keep one message body while learning which subject lines deserve the next sends.

Industry-first feature: you can now test multiple subjects per email body - specifically multiple subjects in a single email variant. Sending is split equally among subjects. New analytics show which subject performed best.

Lightmeter research shows that email subjects are more sensitive to spam filters than email body, and therefore more likely to land an email in spam. Therefore A/B testing multiple email subjects per email body is key for top deliverability. This new feature makes building such tests and seeing the impact a breeze.

Improved

Duplicate campaign variants without copying each field

Show Hide

Open Creative, choose Duplicate on the variant you want to use as a starting point, then edit the new variant independently with its subject, body, formatting, and threading preserved.

Fixed

Review all campaign replies in Unibox

Show Hide

Open a campaign reply count to review the same classified replies in Unibox, including unsubscribe requests that need follow-up or suppression.

Improved

Edit and approve campaign creative from connected tools

Show Hide

Use connected assistants and automation tools to create or update campaign subjects, bodies, variants, delays, and threading settings, then explicitly approve the version that should become sending steps.

Each change creates draft history, respects edit locks, and protects existing fields unless you explicitly choose to overwrite them.

Fixed

See more reliable campaign send counts in Reports

Show Hide

Reports now keep recent campaign send totals aligned with sent message activity, including the step and variant details used in campaign analytics and deliverability views.

New

Approve campaign creative before it starts sending

Show Hide

Open Creative to prepare campaign subjects, bodies, and variants together. Choose which variants are Enabled or Disabled for the next approved version, then approve it to update sending steps.

Current sending stays unchanged until you approve. After approval, review the pinned Approved view.

New

Filter replies in the Unibox by 20 different categories covering pricing, competitors, and more

Show Hide
Filter reply threads by sentiment and category from the Unibox sidebar.

AI reply analysis categorizes all replies and groups them by positive, neutral, or negative. You can now filter Unibox reply threads by these three sentiment buckets, as well as 20 different subcategories, including: budget timing, using competitor, proposal requested, and more.

New

Read and reply to Unibox emails via API and MCP

Show Hide

Read and reply to emails from leads via the new Unibox API and through MCP. Filter by reply type, including positive, neutral, negative, and detailed reply categories already supported.

Reply directly to those messages from any of your Lightmeter mailbox identities. Plaintext validation checks your reply content before send so formatting problems do not sneak in.

Fixed

Fix unfinished personalization before campaign resumes

Show Hide

Campaign resume checks now catch contact data that still contains unfinished personalization text before sending continues. Review the affected leads, repair the values, and resume with the same pre-send protection that already guards missing personalization.

Improved

Load Unibox messages up to 98% faster

Show Hide

Unibox now loads in a fraction of the time it used to, especially for workspaces with many messages and threads with long reply histories.

For one busy workspace, the load time dropped by 23 seconds, meaning reaching inbox zero just got much faster.

Improved

Use sends and mailboxes more efficiently by inbox provider

Show Hide

More precise reporting, filtering, and controls for deliverability have been added. Audiences can now split into separate campaigns by inbox provider, such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. This helps make more efficient use of sends and mailboxes, and diagnose deliverability issues earlier.

Review provider-specific deliverability context in Reports, campaign Analytics, and campaign lead filters when a campaign needs more focused delivery handling.

New

Verify webhook events before processing them

Show Hide

Create or rotate a webhook signing secret in Settings → Webhooks, then verify signed delivery headers before your endpoint processes Standard JSON + HMAC or Instantly-compatible events.

Check the event ID, timestamp, and HMAC signature on each delivery so your integration can reject stale, duplicate, or unsigned requests.

Improved

Share infrastructure proposals with your team as CSV

Show Hide

When reviewing a new infrastructure build, choose CSV beside the domain or mailbox proposal list to download proposed names and domains before approval.

Share the files with teammates when you need quick sign-off on the names and domains that will become part of your sending setup.

New

Review billing from Settings

Show Hide

Open Settings > Billing to review platform payments and invoice links for your workspace.

Improved

Export filtered Email Inventory lists to CSV

Show Hide

Open Email Inventory, filter the Domains or Mailboxes view, then choose Export CSV to download only the rows in the current view.

Mailbox exports include identity and age by default, keeping login details out of the standard file.

New

Review reply types in Engagement reports

Show Hide

Open Reports > Engagement to compare reply types, see campaign concentration for each type, preview replies, and open the full thread in Unibox when you need context.

New

Track reply speed and follow-up health in Reports

Show Hide

Open Reports > Reply handling to review how quickly incoming lead replies get answered, track unanswered reply backlog, and compare follow-up health for cold threads in the selected date range.

What changed

  • Use Last 7 days for recent responsiveness, anchored to the selected end date, or switch to Selected date range for longer trends.
  • Review cumulative unanswered replies as New in selected range or Total backlog to see whether unanswered replies are being paid down.
  • Spot missing bumps, zero-bump cold threads, and post-bump re-engagement polarity from the same Reply handling report.
Fixed

See campaign infra health align in Reports and Analytics

Show Hide

Open Reports > Deliverability or a campaign's Analytics tab to review Infra Health with the same infrastructure scoring basis used by mailbox and domain views, so campaign rows, overview cards, and trend charts stay aligned.

Improved

Insert lead values and see which are missing with Unibox snippets

Show Hide
Insert snippets and variables into replies, with missing values flagged before send.

Open Unibox and press the magic slash key to see a list of available snippets (canned responses) and variables. Select one to see the content inserted directly into your reply, personalized to the lead, and see exactly what will be sent.

Inserted variables are highlighted in blue. If any variable values are missing, they'll show up in bright red, and you'll be stopped from sending your reply to avoid the foot gun.

Use Preview to see exactly what will be sent, with no highlighting whatsoever, for a final bulletproof pass.

New

Connect Beam to MCP-compatible tools with Lightmeter MCP

Show Hide

Selected beta customers can connect Beam to MCP-compatible tools with secure Lightmeter sign-in, then list campaigns, retrieve analytics, submit campaigns, and add leads without copying an API key.

What changed

  • Add the remote server https://mcp.lightmeter.io/mcp in an MCP-compatible client.
  • Authorize access with your Lightmeter account instead of creating or pasting an API key.
  • Work with campaign data from one connected place: list campaigns, inspect campaign details, retrieve analytics, submit drafts for review, and add leads.
Improved

Insert snippets with the right text format in every editor

Show Hide

Use / in supported editors to open variables first and snippets below, search from the insert menu, or use # for snippets only.

Campaign messages stay plain text, while Unibox uses the active rich-text or plain-text composer. Use Generate Rich Text from Plain for Markdown-style bullets and links, or Generate Plain Text from Rich for plain text, with confirmation before replacing existing content.

Improved

Change the reply forwarding address for all your mailboxes in one click

Show Hide

Open Settings > General to choose where replies received by workspace mailboxes are forwarded.

Before saving, review the current forwarding summary and confirm only when the new address will replace existing mailbox destinations. The address is checked before the change is applied, and the save updates existing mailboxes while keeping one workspace default in Settings.

New

Pull campaign stats into your own tools via new Analytics API

Show Hide
See campaign results in your own dashboards and reports.

Use the new analytics API to fetch granular campaign statistics into your own apps, automations, and data warehouse.

Supported are date-scoped campaign trends by day, week, month, or total, organization-wide rollups, sequence-step and variant performance, lead outcomes, and individual lead activity.

Metrics stay consistent across overview, campaign trend, and sequence responses: replies, positive replies, end-autoreplies, bounces, blocked sends, and blocklist counts use the same semantics wherever they appear.

What you can fetch

  • Read lifetime campaign totals with GET /api/v1/campaigns/{campaign_id}/analytics or date-grained campaign trends with /analytics/timeseries.
  • Read organization-wide totals with GET /api/v1/analytics/overview.
  • Break campaign performance down by sequence step and variant, then inspect lead status, reply classification, and message activity when you need row-level reconciliation.
New

Use real-time collaborative editing to write copy with your team

Show Hide
Write copy together without losing track of who is editing.

Open the Copy tab while editing a campaign to see what changes are being made, and by whom, in real time.

Every editor's cursor is visible and flagged with their name, and every keystroke they make is applied and saved in real time.

New

Create expiring API keys from Settings

Show Hide

Go to Settings > API to create named workspace API keys with expiration dates, copy the new key once, and review key activity alongside other workspace changes.

Admins and Owners can create, edit, or delete keys. Other team members can still view the page, with key details and management actions reserved for Admins and Owners.

Improved

Export every matching blocklist entry from Settings

Show Hide

Open Blocklists in Settings, filter the list, select all visible rows, and expand the selection to every matching email address or domain before exporting one CSV.

The table now keeps the selected count, filtered export, and mobile row labels aligned as you review larger blocklists across pages.

New

See the impact of changes in campaign content on performance in this new deliverability chart

Show Hide
Watch the relationship between deliverability health and reply performance on one timeline.

Open Analytics for a campaign and select Show in the Deliverability panel to compare Content Health, Infra Health, and Auto reply rate on the same weekday timeline. Weekends are removed to show trends more clearly.

Changes in copywriting are highlighted and clearly labeled, so you can see the impact of changes in content on campaign performance.

What changed

  • Compare Content Health and Infra Health against Auto reply rate with left and right percentage axes.
  • Use Copy Updated markers to connect saved step or variant changes with later movement in the trend.
  • Review weekday-only dates, so Monday follows Friday without empty weekend gaps.
New

Update your name, email, and sign-in details from Settings

Show Hide

Open Profile in Settings to update the name shown in your account menu, change your email address, or manage password and sign-in methods in the secure account page. Changes stay in sync with your login account.

What changed

  • Use the new Profile tab to keep your first name, last name, and email address current.
  • Use Change Password or Manage Sign-In to open the secure account page for password and sign-in-method changes.
  • Open the account menu from the top navigation to see your name first and jump straight to Profile when you need to update account details.
New

Limit the number of people in the same company who'll receive emails in a given timeframe

Show Hide
Avoid oversending when there are many leads at the same firm.

Open Leads while creating or editing a campaign, turn on Limit emails per company, and choose an hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly cap for each recipient email domain.

When enabled, this limit is also reflected in timeline projections, so your campaign timeline projections are always accurate.

New

Visualize and compare deliverability performance per mailbox provider

Show Hide
See what providers are bringing down performance.

Different providers affect campaign performance very differently. Now you can quickly spot trends in campaign health indicators (auto reply rate and bounce rate) across providers to inform your list segmentation decisions and drive up engagement.

Open Deliverability in Reports to compare auto reply rate and bounce rate by provider against the all-providers baseline, with sent volume included and low-volume providers kept out until you choose to show them.

What changed

  • Compare any combination of providers and all-provider averages for Auto reply rate and Bounce rate.
  • Use Show low volume or Show all series when you want broader comparisons beyond the default focused view.
New

Send webhook alerts when campaigns are created

Show Hide

Create a Campaign Created webhook in Settings to notify your team or integration whenever a campaign is created from the app or API, with workspace details and a campaign edit link included.

What changed

  • Use Campaign Created with Standard JSON + HMAC, Slack, or Instantly-compatible delivery formats.
  • Notifications include the workspace, campaign name, and a link that opens the campaign for editing.
New

Invite and manage your team members

Show Hide
See who has access, and assign roles.

Open Team from the main navigation or Settings, add a teammate, and copy a single-use setup link so onboarding does not depend on invitation email delivery.

What changed

  • Use Invite Member to add a normal workspace member and share a fresh setup link immediately.
  • Admins can assign Member or Admin, remove workspace access when needed, and review team changes in Activity.
New

Prepare campaign copy before it becomes sending steps

Show Hide

Open the new Copy tab while creating or editing a campaign to draft subjects and body text, save review checkpoints, comment on edits, and send prepared copy to Steps only when you choose.

What changed

  • Use Copy as an editorial workspace for draft campaign copy, comments, edit locks, and saved checkpoints before content becomes execution-ready steps.
  • Continue to Steps without changing existing saved steps, or use Send to Steps when you deliberately want prepared copy to replace execution content.
Improved

Review every mailbox a campaign has used

Show Hide

Open the Mailboxes tab while editing a campaign to switch between Currently assigned and Previously assigned mailboxes, keep completed campaign sending history visible, and trace mailbox release events from Activity.

What changed

  • Review the mailboxes that are still active on a campaign separately from the mailboxes it used earlier.
  • When a campaign finishes sending, released mailbox assignments are recorded so the campaign remains auditable while the mailbox can return to future sending availability.
New

Industry-first: See campaign scheduling clearly in the new Campaign Timeline

Show Hide
See the full campaign schedule in one place.

Open the new Timeline tab while editing a campaign to see projected timing for every step, follow the path from today to completion, and keep the full schedule easier to scan beside Analytics.

What changed

  • Open Timeline directly between Steps and Analytics whenever you want the full campaign schedule without scanning through the step editor.
  • See when each step reaches 50% and 100%, with today's position and the projected completion date kept in view.
  • Use Refresh after you adjust mailboxes, schedule, or steps to recalculate the latest saved plan.
New

Review how fresh your campaign lead list is before launch

Show Hide
Check recycled share, recency, and overlap before you launch.

Open the new Recycling view under Leads to see how much of a campaign is net new versus previously contacted, review how recently recycled leads were last used, and spot the earlier campaigns creating the biggest overlap.

What changed

  • Open Recycling beside List and Deliverability while editing a campaign.
  • Compare New and Recycled at a glance, then use Recycling recency to see how quickly recycled share accumulates over the last six months.
  • Open any overlap row or lead-count link to jump back to List with the matching leads already filtered.
Fixed

See planned volume in Reports match your configured sending capacity

Show Hide

Open the Volume tab in Reports and compare weekly sends against the same Capacity Per Day value used for your workspace, so planned totals now stay aligned with the sending volume you actually have available.

What changed

  • Weekly planned bars now use your workspace's configured Capacity Per Day value across the normal sending week.
  • Weeks that outperform the weekly target can still show above 100%, but the target itself no longer drifts when mailbox allocation changes behind the scenes.
Fixed

See opt-out replies counted correctly in analytics and reports

Show Hide

Open the Analytics tab or Reports to see explicit opt-out replies counted with other human replies. Reply totals, reply rates, and step-level reply counts now stay aligned with the inbox.

Improved

Review Unibox threads faster when reply history gets large

Show Hide

Open Inbox, Others, or Actioned and start browsing threads sooner, even in workspaces with heavier reply history. Thread totals still update, but they no longer block the first list or the first selected conversation from appearing.

What changed

  • The first page of threads now appears before Unibox finishes calculating the full thread total for the folder.
  • The first selected conversation opens sooner too, especially when the folder already contains a deeper mix of newer and older replies.
  • The thread total still updates in the header once it is ready, so you keep the same context without paying that full wait up front.
Improved

Filter Email Inventory by domain or mailbox age

Show Hide

Open Email Inventory to see how old each domain or mailbox is, sort both tables by age, and narrow either view with minimum-age filters when you want to focus on more established sending inventory.

What changed

  • Domains now shows a compact age label beside each sending domain, and Mailboxes shows the same age format for each mailbox.
  • Use the new Min age filter on either tab to keep the list focused on older domains or mailboxes before you reuse or compare inventory.
  • Mailbox rows are easier to scan because the age sits beside status and the repeated standalone domain text has been removed from the mailbox label.

Why it matters

  • You can spot newly created inventory faster before assigning it into a campaign or comparing it against warmer sending assets.
  • Older, more established domains and mailboxes are easier to isolate without rebuilding a separate filtered view by hand.
Improved

Filter campaign reports by name and status

Show Hide

Open the Campaigns, Deliverability, or Stocks tabs on Reports and narrow campaign lists by name or status. Default report views now focus on reportable campaign statuses, while draft and deleted campaigns stay out of the initial view.

What changed

  • Use the shared Campaign status menu to choose Default, All, or None, or select individual statuses for a more focused report view.
  • Deliverability includes campaigns that do not have a latest quality snapshot yet, so active report lists stay complete instead of only showing campaigns with recent score data.
Improved

Browse Unibox message threads using infinite scroll

Show Hide

Browse longer Unibox message threads and scroll near the end of the list. Older conversations now load automatically with infinite scroll, while Load older threads stays available when you want to keep browsing manually.

What changed

  • Scroll near the end of Inbox, Others, or Actioned and Lightmeter now appends older threads instead of stopping at the first 50.
  • The thread header keeps a running count of how much history is open, so larger folders stay easier to track as you keep browsing.
  • The list footer keeps the flow visible with loading and retry states, and the Load older threads option stays available when you want explicit control.
New

Deep link to a specific workspace for easier workspace switching and sharing

Show Hide

Campaign links now include the workspace in the address, so bookmarked or shared links reopen the same campaign in the right workspace and make switching feel more direct.

What changed

  • Campaign pages now use workspace-aware URLs, including views opened from Campaigns, Mailboxes, and Analytics.
  • Reopen a saved campaign link and Beam can take you back to the same campaign view with the intended workspace already identified.
  • Bookmark or share a campaign page in docs, tickets, or chat and the link now carries the workspace context with it.

Why it matters

  • Saved and shared links are easier to trust because the workspace is part of the path instead of living only in the current browser state.
  • Switching between campaign views feels more predictable because the destination now identifies the workspace up front.
  • The link itself gives more context before you open it, which makes handoffs and bookmarks clearer.
Fixed

Fix leads with missing data by uploading a new CSV and have them auto-queued for sending

Show Hide

If you removed a lead from a campaign before sending began, uploading that corrected lead back into the same campaign now returns it to Pending status so it is automatically queued for sending again.

What changed

  • Re-upload a corrected lead into the same campaign and Lightmeter restores that lead to Pending when the earlier removal happened before sending started.
  • The same behavior applies after you review missing template values before launch and choose to remove the affected leads from that repair flow.
  • Leads that already ended for replies, unsubscribes, bounces, blocklists, campaign completion, or removals after sending started stay closed instead of being reopened by a CSV upload.
Improved

Audit your full campaign's history, then search and filter by actor or event

Show Hide
Surface any kind of change fast and optionally bookmark or share the view.

Open the Activity tab while editing a campaign to review its recorded history, search and filter it by actor, event, source, date, or keywords, and bookmark or share the exact same filtered view by URL.

What changed

  • Use the new Activity link from campaign editing to land on the matching campaign history without rebuilding the filters yourself.
  • Narrow the stream with campaign, event type, actor, source, date, and keyword filters, and keep lead-level events in view when you need deeper detail.
  • Sort the table, then bookmark or share the URL when you want to reopen the same scoped audit view later or send it to someone else.

Why it matters

  • Every change shown here is recorded, so campaign history stays reviewable in one place.
  • The same audit-first model is designed to support reviewable and, where the workflow allows it, reversible actions, and it lays groundwork for broader workflow automation now in development.
Improved

Compare campaign performance by leads reached and email provider in this new chart

Show Hide
Compare lead reach, provider mix, and reply performance at a glance.

Open the Campaigns tab of the Reports page to compare campaigns in a bubble chart, switch between reply-focused outcome metrics, segment results by email provider or lead quality, and optionally size each point by leads reached.

What changed

  • Compare the most recently active campaigns by default, then narrow or expand the campaign set yourself.
  • Switch between reply rate, positive reply rate, end-autoreply rate, and positive reply share without leaving the chart.
  • Turn bubble sizing on when you want lead reach in view, or off when you want a cleaner side-by-side comparison.
Fixed

Review full campaign reply thread context in Unibox

Show Hide

Open campaign reply threads with earlier threaded campaign steps included, including conversations that previously started from a later follow-up.

What changed

  • Review full campaign reply context in Unibox when a reply belongs to a threaded sequence.
  • See earlier campaign steps that were previously omitted from the thread view.
  • Read visible recipient addresses instead of forwarding aliases where available.
New

Blocklist a lead or their company directly from the Unibox

Show Hide
New lead blocking options from within thread context

Open the new More actions menu beside Reply to mark a lead as unsubscribed, add the lead or their company to your blocklist, or jump straight to the related campaign.

What changed

  • Open the new More actions menu directly in the thread header when you want to manage blocking or unsubscribe actions.
  • Choose Mark as unsubscribed when a lead asks to stop, or use the new blocklist option when you want to stop outreach yourself.
  • Block the whole company from the same flow, or choose Go to campaign when you need more context.
Fixed

Webhooks: repaired reply events now create the expected deliveries

Show Hide

A very small number of reply-related webhook events could previously be missed when older inbound replies needed repair. That rare edge case affected reply_received, positive_reply, lead_interested, and lead_wrong_person.

What changed

  • When older inbound replies need repair, Lightmeter now creates the same webhook deliveries it would create during normal live processing.
  • The rare affected webhook event types were reply_received, positive_reply, lead_interested, and lead_wrong_person.
  • Normal live webhook delivery behavior for current traffic is unchanged.
Improved

Never send emails with broken template variables again

Show Hide
Catch missing template values before campaigns resume or launch.

Prevent sends when campaign template variables would render blank or unresolved. Review the exact blocking leads, repair safe pre-launch values, export affected leads for spreadsheet repair, or remove leads before resuming.

What changed

  • Prevent launch and resume when used template variables would render blank or unresolved.
  • Review the affected leads and variables from the campaign editor in a focused Leads view.
  • Repair pending pre-launch values directly, export the filtered lead set for bulk repair, or remove leads before resuming.
Improved

Campaign overview actions and progress are easier to scan

Show Hide

Resume paused campaigns directly from the campaign overview, scan contacted and completed progress in clearer pills, and spot deadline warnings while row actions stay visually consistent.

What changed

  • Resume paused campaigns from the Actions column without opening the campaign first.
Improved

Update all campaign leads that match criteria, no matter how many there are

Show Hide
Expand one page of selected leads into the full filtered result set before you remove or export.

Select the current page first, then expand that selection to every matching lead across pages. Exclude specific rows, review removable versus non-removable leads before bulk removal, and keep CSV exports aligned with the same filters.

What changed

  • Select the visible page first, then promote that selection to every lead matching your current search and filters.
  • Exclude specific leads without losing the broader filtered selection while you page through the result set.
  • Review removable and non-removable counts before removing leads, and export the same filtered cohort to CSV.
Improved

See which campaign leads can't be edited after review or sending starts

Show Hide
Spot locked lead edits immediately, then decide whether to remove those rows or leave them in place.

See which campaign leads are no longer editable, review why those values are locked, and decide whether to remove those leads or take another action with more confidence.

What changed

  • See a locked Edit values action anywhere a lead is no longer editable from the campaign Leads tab.
  • Review whether the campaign is submitted for review, already launched, or whether that lead has already started its sequence.
  • Decide faster whether to remove that lead, leave it in place, or handle the campaign another way.
Fixed

Safer campaign template checks before launch

Show Hide

Review campaign templates with stronger checks before any emails send. Unresolved template text is now flagged before launch, and escaped literal braces are documented for the rare cases where you want to show them intentionally.

Fixed

Campaign templates handle custom variables with spaces

Show Hide

Send campaign emails with custom variables that include spaces in their names. Templates such as {{icebreaker ready}} resolve from the matching lead attribute across previews and live sends.

Fixed

Faster Unibox folder loading

Show Hide

Open Unibox folders more reliably when an account has a larger reply history. Inbox, Others, and Actioned lists return the latest threads without waiting on unrelated stored message bodies.

New

Unibox reply status updates campaign reporting

Show Hide
Correct reply status once. Campaign stats follow the same status.

Mark a campaign reply thread as Positive or Negative from Unibox, and campaign reporting uses that same status immediately so positive-reply counts match the inbox.

What changed

  • Campaign reply threads in Unibox now show whether the current thread is Positive or Negative.
  • You can update that status from the thread view when a reply should be counted differently for your team.
  • Campaign reporting reads the same status, so corrected positive replies stay consistent across Unibox and campaign performance.
New

Campaign scheduling can start on a specific date and time

Show Hide

Set a campaign start time before launch so emails wait until that moment, then continue under the normal sending schedule, mailbox limits, and campaign rules.

What changed

  • The campaign Scheduling tab now includes an optional start date and time.
  • Active campaigns scheduled for later are marked as scheduled to start and do not use sender capacity until they become eligible to send.
  • The public Campaigns API accepts and returns the start time so API-created campaigns can use the same launch control.
Improved

Submit a campaign for review by your campaign strategist

Show Hide

Create draft campaigns and add leads, copy, and scheduling. When you're done, submit for final review and launch by an expert member of our team.

What changed

  • Create a draft campaign with leads, copy, and sending schedule ready for review.
  • Submit the campaign when you are done preparing it.
  • Your campaign strategist reviews the setup and handles final launch.
New

Detailed mailbox sending and capacity breakdown

Show Hide
See exactly how each mailbox is paced before today's sending starts.

The campaign Mailboxes tab now shows how every assigned mailbox is being used today, including remaining capacity, shared usage from other campaigns, and whether the mailbox is on track or full.

What changed

  • Assigned mailboxes now appear in a searchable, sortable, filterable table with used today, remaining capacity, this campaign's sends, and other campaign sends.
  • Status labels show whether each mailbox is on track, shared with other active campaigns, full for today, or missing planner data.
  • The breakdown uses a mobile-friendly card layout on small screens and lets infrastructure owners choose 20, 50, 100, or all rows.

Why it matters

Infrastructure owners can now answer the practical question directly: does this campaign have enough sender capacity today, and which mailbox needs attention if it does not?

Fixed

Campaign reports show weekly reply-rate trends

Show Hide

Campaign reports now include weekly reply-rate trends, cleaner grouped column styling, and percentage values of 100% or higher without unnecessary decimal places.

New

Campaign templates now support fallback text for missing variable values

Show Hide
Prevent blanks in emails by ensuring variables are safely replaced.

Write fallback text such as {{companyName | your company}} so campaign templates keep natural wording when a lead variable value is blank, then use launch checks to see which missing values still need attention.

What changed

  • Add fallback text after a pipe, for example {{companyName | your company}}, so personalized copy can render safely when a lead field is unavailable.
  • Review launch checks that separate required variables without values or fallbacks from optional custom variables that may intentionally be blank.
  • Open affected-lead links to a filtered Leads view where the missing profile field or custom attribute is highlighted, then repair pending draft-campaign leads before launch.
Improved

Webhooks: test sends from configured webhooks now show the exact event ID in history

Show Hide

Tests sent from configured webhooks now appear in delivery history with a Test badge, the exact event ID, and the outbound request headers so you can match what Lightmeter sent with what your endpoint received.

What changed

  • Sending a test from an existing configured webhook now creates a real delivery entry instead of returning a result without history.
  • The delivery drawer now shows the exact event ID Lightmeter sent and the full outbound request headers for that test.
  • Failed tests from configured webhooks are recorded too, so you can tell whether Lightmeter reached your endpoint or failed before delivery.

Why it matters

When you are validating a new endpoint, the fastest way to confirm success is to compare the identifier in Lightmeter with the identifier your endpoint logged. This makes that handoff direct instead of forcing you to infer what the test sent.

Improved

Campaign scheduling: smarter mailbox pacing for stronger deliverability

Show Hide

Campaign sends now spread more naturally through the day instead of piling up early, helping protect sender reputation while making it easier to see how each mailbox's capacity is being used.

What changed

  • Each mailbox now uses one send pace across all campaigns, so shared mailboxes do not accidentally send too many messages too close together.
  • Lightmeter spaces sends throughout the available sending window with small, predictable timing variation, creating a more natural pattern without making capacity planning feel random.
  • Mailbox usage details are now shown where campaign infrastructure is managed, while the campaign timeline stays focused on completion dates.

Why it matters

This gives teams a deliverability-focused scheduler that behaves more like a careful sender: steady mailbox usage, fewer suspicious bursts, protected follow-up continuity, and a clearer view of whether today's sends will fit inside available capacity.

Fixed

Active campaigns recover lead analysis backlog more reliably

Show Hide

Active campaigns now reuse cached lead analysis results correctly while backlog reconciliation catches up, so deliverable leads can resume sending sooner instead of waiting behind missing-analysis rows.

New

Campaign lead analysis: reachability and mailbox mix before launch

Show Hide
Check reachability and list health before you launch.

Review which leads are ready to send, which are excluded, and which mailbox providers dominate your list before launch. Campaigns can still launch while analysis continues, only verified deliverable leads send, and temporary verification outages now surface clearly so you can retry affected leads.

What changed

  • Lead analysis summarizes ready-to-send, excluded, and processing counts so you can gauge launch readiness at a glance.
  • Every count links back to a filtered lead list, with deliverability labels and provider mix grouped into clear buckets.
  • Launching a campaign no longer waits for every lead to finish analysis; only verified deliverable leads enter the send path.
  • When verification is temporarily unavailable, affected leads are marked as analysis errors, retried in the background, and can be re-analyzed from the campaign.

Why it matters

You can now review list risk factors and provider concentration before a campaign goes live, then act on blocked or missing-email leads without leaving the campaign editor while the rest of the campaign can still move forward.

Fixed

Campaign settings: per-mailbox daily limits stay consistent before assignment

Show Hide

Set a per-mailbox daily send limit before assigning mailboxes and it stays consistent when you return to the campaign.

What changed

  • Per-mailbox daily limits now persist in campaign settings even when zero mailboxes are assigned.
  • Reopening the mailboxes step keeps the last saved per-mailbox limit visible.
Improved

Webhooks: Search, filter, and see specific event payloads in the explorer

Show Hide
Find specific webhook events quickly and check the exact data sent.

The webhook deliveries view now lets you search across recent activity, filter and sort the table, page through larger histories, and open any row to inspect the exact stored payload when you need to verify what Lightmeter actually sent.

What changed

  • You can search recent deliveries, narrow the view to one event type or status, sort every column, and move through paginated results without losing context.
  • Each delivery row now opens an on-demand payload drawer instead of making you leave the activity view.
  • The drawer fetches payload details only when you open a delivery, so the main table stays fast while still exposing the full event body for debugging.
  • Webhook URLs in the settings table stay compact in the list and reveal the full endpoint on hover.

Why it matters

When a webhook needs checking, you usually need two things at once: a quick way to find the right event and the exact body that went out. This makes it faster to trace which events were sent where, spot failures or slow responses, and copy the real payload into another system or support thread without reconstructing it by hand.

New

New reply snippets: reusable templates for faster inbox replies

Show Hide
Save common answers once. Insert them inline when you reply.

You can now keep a shared library of reply snippets and insert them inline while replying, so common answers, links, and explanations are always close at hand.

What changed

  • Reply snippets are now shared across the workspace, so teams can reuse proven reply copy instead of copying it around manually.
  • You can search and insert snippets directly inside the reply composer, without leaving the conversation.
  • Selected reply text can be saved back into the snippet library for later reuse.
  • Snippet management is also available from Settings and campaign editing, so the shared library is easy to maintain.

Why it matters

This makes fast, consistent reply handling much easier when the same questions come up repeatedly. Useful copy becomes reusable product memory instead of getting lost in old threads or external notes.

New

Slash-key variable insertion: personalize replies without leaving the composer

Show Hide
Type /, search a variable, insert it at the cursor.

The reply composer now supports a slash-key variable picker, so you can insert personalization fields like first name, last name, company name, and lead email inline as you write, including while editing snippets.

What changed

  • Typing / in the composer opens a searchable variable picker directly inside the reply flow.
  • Selected variables are inserted at the current cursor position instead of forcing you to rebuild the draft around them.
  • Inserted variables continue to follow Lightmeter's existing template rendering rules when the reply is sent.
  • The same slash-key variable insertion also works inside snippet editors, including the new-snippet flow launched from the reply composer.

Why it matters

This makes personalized replies much faster to draft and much easier to keep consistent. You can add the right live field exactly where you need it without breaking your writing flow.

New

Preview different spintax combinations with one click

Show Hide
Cycle spintax preview combinations before you send.

Campaign previews can now regenerate spintax on demand, so you can inspect different subject and body combinations instead of trusting a single sampled output.

What changed

  • The preview now includes a control for switching to another spintax outcome without leaving the page.
  • Each click recombines available spintax options so you can quickly scan for awkward phrasing or risky combinations.
  • This helps validate the real copy space your campaign can generate, not just one lucky preview.

Why it matters

Spintax is only useful when the generated variants stay strong. This makes it much easier to catch weak combinations before launch and ship with more confidence.

Improved

Pause campaigns directly from the overview page

Show Hide

Active campaigns can now be paused straight from the main campaign view, so control is available exactly where you are already checking performance and status.

What changed

  • The campaign overview now includes a direct pause action for active campaigns.
  • You no longer need to detour into a separate editing flow just to stop sending.
  • The action sits alongside the live campaign status so it is easy to find at the moment you need it.

Why it matters

When you need to pause quickly, fewer steps matter. This shortens the path from noticing something to taking action.

Improved

Campaign overview tooltips now show contacted and completed lead counts

Show Hide

Campaign overview tooltips now expose the real lead counts behind the progress metrics, so percentages are easier to interpret at a glance.

What changed

  • Contacted and completed progress states now include their count breakdowns in tooltips.
  • You can see raw lead volume without leaving the overview page.
  • This makes large campaigns easier to assess when percentages alone do not tell the full story.

Why it matters

A percentage looks very different at 20 leads than it does at 2,000. Surfacing both the rate and the count gives faster context for decisions.

Fixed

Better plaintext reply formatting of line breaks in Unibox

Show Hide

Replies with multiple paragraphs now render with their original line breaks intact, making longer responses much easier to read inside Unibox.

What changed

  • Plain-text replies now keep their original paragraph spacing in the conversation view.
  • Longer replies no longer collapse into one dense block of text.

Why it matters

Reply readability affects speed and accuracy. Preserving formatting makes it easier to scan intent, questions, and next steps inside a busy inbox.

New

Forward messages directly from Unibox

Show Hide

Unibox now supports forwarding as well as replying, so messages can be passed on directly from the conversation view when another teammate needs context.

What changed

  • A forward action is now available directly in the Unibox message view.
  • Forwarding happens inside the same conversation workflow instead of requiring a separate mailbox tool.
  • This shipped alongside related compose-view improvements for faster inbox handling.

Why it matters

Some messages are best answered by looping in someone else. Forwarding from Unibox keeps that handoff close to the original conversation.

Improved

Unibox list view now shows a preview of each message

Show Hide

The conversation list now includes message preview text, so you can scan context before opening a thread.

What changed

  • Each thread row now includes a short preview of the latest message content.
  • This adds more context directly in the list without increasing click depth.

Why it matters

Better list-level context makes inbox triage faster. You can spot the threads that need attention without opening as many conversations first.

Improved

Unibox detail view now shows recipients

Show Hide

Recipient details are now visible inside the Unibox message view, so it is easier to understand exactly who each message was sent to.

What changed

  • The message detail view now surfaces recipient information alongside the rest of the thread context.
  • This makes multi-recipient threads and forwarded conversations easier to inspect accurately.

Why it matters

Clear recipient context reduces guesswork when you review, forward, or follow up on a conversation.

New

New Infra pages show your mailboxes, domains, and campaigns using them

Show Hide
See every mailbox, the domains behind it, and the campaigns currently using it.

Infrastructure views are now available beyond the Lightmeter account, so customers can see the domains, mailboxes, and campaign assignments behind their outbound setup without relying on hidden internal context.

What changed

  • Domain, mailbox, and campaign-assignment views are now part of the customer experience rather than a hidden internal preview.
  • Mailbox rows include a direct jump into webmail, which gives customers a practical fallback when they need to validate mail outside Unibox.

Why it matters

This makes the outbound setup more legible. It also shortens the path from “something looks odd” to “I can inspect the exact mailbox involved” without waiting for internal support to translate the setup.

New

Slack webhooks now work natively

Show Hide
Native Slack formatting, with direct links into Unibox.

Reply notifications can now land directly in Slack, without relying on a Slack-compatible webhook or a Zapier bridge, and they arrive with cleaner Slack-native formatting.

What changed

  • The old generic “Slack-compatible” naming has been cleaned up so teams can distinguish actual Slack delivery from Zulip formatting.
  • Slack posts no longer need a Zapier bridge sitting in the middle, which means less formatting drift and fewer moving parts between the alert and Slack.
  • Notification content now uses Slack-native formatting instead of a generic compatibility payload.
  • Clicking the reply link in Slack opens the exact Unibox thread, so you can move straight from the notification into the message and reply quickly.

Why it matters

Notifications now have a shorter and more reliable path into the place many teams already triage replies, with better readability and a faster path from alert to action.

Fixed

Analytics, test sends, and campaign status now behave more reliably

Show Hide

Several day-to-day regressions were fixed in one pass, tightening the places where the UI could disagree with actual campaign state.

Included in this release

  • Analytics preview now works more reliably for paused variants and legacy threaded variants.
  • Completed counts in the Leads tab now line up with the terminal-lead logic used in Analytics.
  • The “deadline passed” badge no longer lingers on campaigns that already completed successfully.
  • Custom-attribute placeholders are now substituted in the Send Test Email path, matching preview and production output more closely.
New

New deliverability metrics: Auto-reply tracking

Show Hide
See auto-reply rate directly in Analytics.

Lightmeter now surfaces auto-reply rate in Analytics as a dedicated deliverability metric. In extensive testing, it has proved to be a strong and reliable inbox-placement signal for real leads.

What changed

  • Auto-reply rate is now visible in Analytics today, so you can distinguish human replies from end-user automatic responses without leaving the campaign view.
  • Backfill was completed after rollout, so historical activity is visible instead of starting from zero on launch day.
  • The analytics page layout was refreshed at the same time, alongside smaller improvements on analytics and campaign overview screens.

Why it matters

Unlike softer proxy metrics, this signal comes from the inboxes of your actual leads. Google and Microsoft only generate these auto-replies for messages that make it through spam filtering, so the resulting sample can be a reliable indicator of real inbox placement, including primary-inbox placement.

Auto-reply types already detected

  • Out of office
  • Extended leave
  • Departure or no-longer-here notices
  • Ticket acknowledgements
  • Office-hours and closure notices
  • Service acknowledgements
  • Verification and challenge responses
  • Other definite auto-replies that do not fit a narrower category yet
Improved

Campaign analytics now has a redesigned detail view

Show Hide

Individual campaign analytics was redesigned to make progress, engagement, list quality, and deliverability easier to scan in one place.

What changed

  • The page now groups key metrics into clearer sections instead of forcing you to piece together campaign health from a flatter layout.
  • The new layout shipped alongside the auto-reply metric, so deliverability signals now sit in a more legible campaign-level view.
  • Campaign overview pages also received related usability improvements in the same release.

Why it matters

This makes campaign analytics faster to interpret during live review. You can see performance and deliverability signals together, without jumping between views or reconstructing the picture manually.

Improved

Unsubscribe replies now suppress an address across the whole workspace

Show Hide

Unsubscribes are no longer scoped only to the campaign where they were seen. The new behavior blocks that address across the workspace.

Why this shipped

Workspace-wide suppression makes unsubscribe handling more consistent across related campaigns and reduces the chance of an address being contacted again after someone has already asked to stop.

Improved

Timezone selection is now searchable

Show Hide

The schedule editor no longer relies on a fixed timezone dropdown. You can now search across timezone names and aliases to find the right schedule faster.

What changed

  • The timezone picker now accepts multiple keywords and faster lookup patterns instead of forcing manual scrolling.
  • Schedule-related controls became quicker to operate on large campaign edits where timezone choice is a repeated task.
New

Each lead can now receive sends in their own timezone

Show Hide
Use each lead's saved timezone automatically.

When this setting is enabled, Lightmeter now evaluates each lead's sending window using that lead's saved timezone, falling back to the campaign timezone only when needed.

What changed

  • The lead-timezone setting now actively controls scheduling instead of behaving like an inert option.
  • Saved lead attributes can now drive send timing directly, instead of silently collapsing back to the campaign timezone.
  • A wider range of timezone formats is now accepted, so end users do not need one exact serialization style.

Why it matters

This gives you a practical way to respect local sending windows at scale, without creating separate campaigns for every timezone or manually policing send timing.

New

Campaign completion deadlines are now honored automatically

Show Hide

When you set a completion deadline, Lightmeter now stops sending automatically once that deadline expires instead of leaving the cutoff to manual enforcement.

Why it matters

This turns deadlines into a real control instead of a reminder. You can set a cutoff with confidence and avoid manual cleanup when a campaign's sending window closes.

New

Guaranteed sender continuity: Leads now stay anchored to a single sender mailbox

Show Hide

Sender identity continuity makes mailbox changes much safer by default and preserves the history needed to understand deliverability at the mailbox level.

What changed

  • Leads that already started a sequence stay pinned to the sender mailbox that began the conversation.
  • Mailbox change workflows now include preview and apply steps instead of relying on opaque side effects.
  • Retained mailbox visibility and journaling make it much easier to reconstruct which mailbox sent which message later.
New

You can now remove leads from a live sequence manually

Show Hide

Manual lead removal shipped to production, giving you a direct way to stop individual contacts from continuing through a live sequence.

What changed

  • Contacts can now be removed from a running sequence without pausing or rebuilding the campaign.
  • Public docs shipped alongside the release so you have an explicit reference for the removal flow.
